Cleaning
We will make sure the mess the previous guest left behind is cleaned up and ready for your next booking, staged and presentable!
Amenities
We can restock your toilet paper, coffee, whatever you offer. We can even bring the supplies with us, so you don’t have to worry about running out.
Laundry
Laundry can be an issue for hosts to deal with. We can take it out and do it between bookings or you can sign up for our linen service and just not worry about it at all!

What's to Expect
Communication: Cleaning crew will text upon arrival at STR property
Walkthrough of the Area: A quick walkthrough of your space to assess the cleaning needs and any issues/damages. Photos will be taken.
Safety and Care: Ensure that any fragile or valuable items are properly protected or handled with care.
Start Cleaning: Will clean STR according to agreed upon plan
Final Inspection: After cleaning, the crew will do a final inspection to ensure all areas are cleaned as requested. Photos will be taken.
Wrap Up and Leave: The team will clean up their supplies, take out the trash, and ensure everything is in order before leaving.
Post-Cleaning Report: If necessary, you’ll receive a brief update or report on any issues/damages and or areas that needed extra attention.
Photos: Issues/damages and final photos with date and time stamps will be uploaded by end of business day to cloud folder and link will be emailed to you. Please download these and save to your own server/cloud to ensure you have them if any issues / claims need to be filed against guest.
Early Check-ins: If cleaners finish early they will let you know so that your guests can check in early if requested

Kitchens
- Wiping down walls, countertops, cabinets, and appliances, cleaning stovetops and sinks.
- Thorough cleaning of kitchen appliances like ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, and washers/dryers, including interior and exterior surfaces.
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and cookware, either by hand or using the dishwasher.
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
- Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing hard floors (tile, wood, vinyl, etc.).
- Restocking of paper towel, coffee filters, coffee, k-pods, teas etc. offered. (ask about our restocking packages)
- Staging counters, cupboards and drawers to look tidy & spotless.
Bathrooms
- Scrubbing sinks, tubs, toilets, and disinfecting high-touch areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing hard floors (tile, wood, vinyl, etc.).
- Restocking Toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash
- Replacing hand towel with clean one
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
Bedrooms
- Cleaning and organizing bedroom spaces, including stripping beds, making bed with fresh/clean sheets & blankets, replacing bath towels with fresh clean towels, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture.
- Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing hard floors (tile, wood, vinyl, etc.).
- Restocking Kleenex, ear plugs
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
- Staging room as per room plan
- Cleaning interior windows and glass surfaces for a streak-free shine
- Sanitizing high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, coat hangers and handles.
Living Area
- Carpet and rug cleaning to remove dirt, debris, and pet hair.
- Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing hard floors (tile, wood, vinyl, etc.).
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners in all rooms.
- Cleaning interior windows and glass surfaces for a streak-free shine
- Sanitizing high-touch surfaces like railings, doorknobs, light switches, remotes, and handles.
- Arranging furniture, decor, and accessories to enhance the aesthetic appeal of a home or space

Move In & Out Cleaning
Did your last tenant leave your rental in a bit of disarray? Did you have to do some repairs to your rental after they moved out? Need your rental cleaned before next tenant moves in? We can look after that.
Appliance Deep Clean
Guests leave the oven a bit burnt and dirty? We look after that as part of our regular cleaning.
